Versatile comedian and box office actor Vice Ganda reaches another milestone on his career in singing as his currently released album under StarMusic entitled “#Trending” reaches gold for just less than a week. The songs tackled in the album talks about the issue of graft & corruption together with gender inequality.
In his carrier single “Aba, Matindi” this highlights the wrong doing and corruption act of shameless and greedy government officials still undertaking the wrongful act despite of left and right news & exposes regarding graft and corruption.
“Ibang Hugis, Ibang Kulay” focus mainly on the issue of gender inequality wherein he wants to relay a message to those people to respect the third s6x and to end their bias treatment and discrimination among them. But it is inevitable that this issue cannot be vanished in an instant and hopefully people in the society will try to accept them (gays, lesbians).
Surprisingly prior to its releasing to record store worldwide for just less than a week it almost sell 7,500 copies and the figures were confirmed by Philippine Association of Record Industry Inc. (PARI).
