Two multi awarded actress Jodi Sta. Maria and Angelica Panganiban will portray the television teleserye “Amor Powers & Madam Claudia” on the upcoming Pangako Sa’Yo Remake this 2015.

In The video which spans for almost three minutes Sta. Maria (Amor Powers) slaps her arch enemy Madam Claudia Beunavista (Angelica Panganiban) in a more modern way.

Way back in 2000, Eula Valdez the original Amor Powers is a maid that is being maltreated and aimed to get revenge from the Buenavista, she struggles and becomes a business tycoon and eventually turned her face against Claudia and make her pay.

The two were also rivals for Eduardo’s love (Ton Ton Gutierrez) which is the former love of Amor.

Meanwhile some speculated that Sta. Maria and Angelica is not mature enough to portray the role which they were only 33 and 28 years old respectively, while Eula Valdez and Jean Garcia were both 31 years old.

Kristine Hermosa portrayed as Yna when she was only 17 years and Jericho Rosales was only 21 years old. It will be a challenge to Daniel Padilla and Kathyryn Bernardo to equalize the intensity brought by the two lead artist of the original “Pangako Sayo”.

According to Angelica portraying as Madam Claudia becomes a challenging role for her, noting that it is portrayed by the premiere kontrabida actress Ms. Jean Garcia. This is her third time role as a antagonist one the first is on “Rubi” and “Iisa Pa Lamang” up to the present upcoming project.

The “Pangako Sa’Yo Remake” will be Directed by Rory Quintos, the genius behind the high rating teleserye “Got To Believe”, “The Legal Wife” and the current “Forevermore” under Star Creatives.
