Newly crowned Miss Earth 2014 Jamie Herell denies the issue of winning the title because of the rumoured hometown decision.

During the competition the reigning queen competes with almost 84 aspiring Miss Earth contestant, which eventually the event decided to trim the contestant into the Top 16 and to its final Top 8.

In the top 8 all of the finalist must conquer the Question & Answer portion which comes from the panel of judges.

During the Q& A portion, Jamie really wows the judges which give her the opportunity to be crowned as Miss Earth 2014 title holder.

After the event she was interview by the press regarding what she feels prior to her coronation she noted that she felt overwhelmed and cannot her express her happiness, she also shared her first thing to do as a Miss Earth 2014 Queen is to push her advocacy to teach people the importance of preserving mother nature.

Meanwhile Herell was ask about her future plans after the event, she answered laughingly “I plan to eat I’m so hungry. Maybe ice cream?

On the issue that she is not deserving to the title, she stressed everybody is entitle to their own opinion but the judge’s decision shall prevail, she also addressed to those people that at the end of the day past beauty queens deserved to handle the title because they proven their self by pursuing their own advocacy to save and preserve the nature.

She added that people are watching and they know in their hearts that she has what it takes to be called as Miss Earth 2014 Queen as well as the panel of judges.
