Daniel Padilla’s mom “Karla Estrada” considers herself to join the most anticipated singing reality competition on the Philippines “The Voice PH” Season 2.

According to reports revealed by Ogie Diaz, the singer actress joined the auditions just for mere “experience”.

Ogie also confirmed that upon entering the first preliminary auditions she was unluckily did not pass the first round of screening and added she has no grudge towards the coaches namely Leah Salonga, Sarah Geronimo, Bamboo and Apl De. Ap and understand why she was not selected to the next step of the competition.

During the blind auditions while Karla is singing Leah recognizes her voice stating “I Know You, I Know You What’s Your Name”.

It is remembered that the two Salonga and Estrada were once a part of the youth oriented gag show aired on rival networks.

Last Sunday, the singing reality competition leave a mark on the ratings which garnered almost 28% on audience share data derived from Kantar Media.

Compared to GMA 7 “Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho” which scored only 17% aired at the same day and timeslot.

Meanwhile the most view performance so far was on “Kokoi Baldo” which garnered also 2 million views on YouTube. He performed the rendition of “One Day” by Matiyashu, he is now under the guidance of the talented panel Sarah Geronimo.
