International Filipina singer Charice pempengco feels unappreciated in her home country Philippines despite of her achievement in the international stage.

In her interview in US she clarifies the issue towards her statement in her instagram account doubting her fellow Filipinos if they were really proud of her or not.

She noted she is just truthful and becomes vocal of what she really feels. She remembered that ever since she started her career as a singer those haters were the one who were vocal compared to supporters. Even though her fans were just keep silent, she was still happy because they were determine to support her in the ups and downs of her career.

She stressed out “Kung kamukha kaya ako ng isa sa pinaka guwapong artista ngayon, tapos same achievements, iba kaya ang trato?”

This was a statement release by the top caliber Filipina singers to those bashers of her and to keep mum.

Meanwhile despite of all the controversy she faces she still remains strong because of her family support and acceptance for what she is.

She was also happy that she patches this up with her mother after their conflict of being a lesbian.

“As long as my family tells me that they are proud of me and they think I’m doing the right thing, okay na ako doon,” Charice noted.
