Derek Ramsey’s former wife Mary Jolly drags Angelica Panganiban in the controversy wherein she filed a concubinage case against the Derek and the actress (Angelica).

Mary filed the case at Parañaque prosecutor’s office last Wednesday together with her legal counsel.

According to Jolly she and the actor met at 2001 and then decided to get married in 2002 at Balagtas Bulacan. She added that there is a conflict between her and Derek so that why she decided to go to Dubai to raise their son. Eventually she decided to contact the father of her son now 11 years old.

But according to Derek’s statement Mary introduce their son to him last August 2011 and do his responsibilities a father to his son.

In relation to Angelica’s involvement of the case, she was in a relationship with the actor for almost six year and decided to break up with three major reasons that Derek is a controlling boyfriend, his supposed lack of support for the actress’ mission to find her biological father, and rumoured marriage with Mary Jolly.

According to Jolly the actress (Angelica) still decided her six year relationship with Ramsey even though the she knows that Derek is married man.

She added Angelica’s revelation could be a good evidence to involve her in the case.

If the two found guilty violating Article 334 of the Revised Penal Code, both of them will be imprisoned for six months up to six years and the mistress is prohibited to close contact with the legal wife’s husband up to 25 kilometres.
