People’s Champ Manny Pacquiao finally started his debut game in Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) under KIA Sorentos team, his team’s first opponent was Blackwater Sports, the game was held on Binan Laguna last Saturday October 4, 2014.

This is in relation to PBA pre season’s game wherein this to be considered to be a tune up for the upcoming official season on the following week. Even though Pacquiao was so eager to contribute a lot to grab the win for his team unluckily they lost 88-77 in favor for Blackwater Sports.

The 35 year old athete contributes 1 point, 1 rebound and two turnovers in just 10 minutes of his playing time. Manny is the current coach of KIA Sorentos also he is considered to be the Top pick on the PBA Draft by his team.

According to the boxing icon aside from boxing basketball is his second passion and he really do this sports regularly when he is not busy on training and also to keep him fit.

Meanwhile the 8 time division Boxing World Champion has already starts his preparation to his upcoming fight with Chris Algieri wherein his opponent is tough and much taller than him, also the challenger is undefeated boxer so it is much a challenge to Manny to overthrow his challenger in the boxing ring.

The two’s expected clash of fist will be on November 22, 2014 held at Macau.
