Derek Ramsey expresses his sincere apology to Angelica Panganiban and family for being involved on the controversy he is facing together with his estranged wife Mary Jolly.

According to Derek he is really sorry to Angel and family also for the fans for what is happening right now and assured Angelica will be free from concubinage case filed by his wife.

“I would like to apologize to Angel, her family and all her fans for what’s happening right now. I assure you hindi ko siya papabayaan.” Derek quoted.

Mary Jolly filed concubinage compliant to Derek and Angelica because of their relationship for almost six years knowing that Angelica is aware that the hunk actor is still married and not separated yet.

The complaint was formally filed at Parañaque prosecutor’s office together with her legal counsel last Wednesday.

Jolly added that she and Ramsey were officially married in 2002 but because of misunderstanding she decided to go abroad to raise her son which is now 11 years old.

It is remembered that Angelica broke up with the 37 years old actor because considering that he is a controlling boyfriend and also rumours that Derek is still a married man.

If the two were found guilty the penalty will be six month to six years imprisonment and the mistress will not be allowed to have a direct contact with the legal wife’s husband up to 25 kilometers.
