Sabi ng nanay ko, ‘Ano, nahihibang ka na ba?’ ‘Anong nalalaman mo?’ Sabi ko, ‘Mag-aaral ako.’ Sabi niya, ‘Hindi ganoon kadali.’ Tapos na-realize ko, oo nga pala ‘no, hindi ganoon kadali. Tulong na lang ako ng sa sarili kong paraan, which is much better, na-realize ko.”

The one of the circumstances if she join the politics, she have to give up her Spanish citizenship. She has hold on that citizenship because that’s the only thing that her father gave to her.
