The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the Top 10 passers (Topnotchers) on August 2014 Guidance and Counseling Licensure Examination within few working days after the last day of examination. Professional Regulatory Board of Guidance and Counseling conducted the exams in city of Manila held last August 5 & 6, 2014.
The members of the Board of Guidance and Counseling was composed by Dr. Luzyiminda S. Guzman as Chairman (Inhibited); Dr. Elena V. Morada as (officer-In-Charge), together with Dr. Carmelita P. Pabiton as members.
The results were released within two (2) or three (3) working days since the last day of examination.
Last August 2013, a total of 169 out of 411 who passed the Guidance Counselor Licensure Examination released by the Professional Regulation Commission.
The PRC’s Board of Guidance and Counseling covers the exam in the following subjects;
In August 5, 2014 Tuesday, examinees answered the following subjects; Counseling Theories, Tools & Techniques, Career Guidance, Foundations of Guidance (Philosophical, Psychological & Sociological).
Last Wednesday August 6, 2014, Examinees answered the exams; Group Process, Psychological Testing, Organization, Administration & Supervision of Guidance Services & Program Development.
