The Teen heartthrob Daniel Padilla was declared as the Male Artist of the year & won the Album of the Year for his second single album “DJP”. Daniel Padilla thanks the people that supports him, like his die-hard fan girls that wear their school uniform to attend the awarding ceremony held at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
Daniel Padilla for his sophomore record has reached double platinum status since it premiere last 2013. Daniel tells to the fans, “I want to thank you all because I know it’s not my voice that won me this award, “ITS YOU”. The supporters of DJ response, “I love you DJ!” The official results was determined in text votes (30%), MOR Pinoy Music Awards committee (40%) and the official panel of judges was composed by Singers Noel Cabangon, Lani Misalucha and Christian Bautista (30%) for the total of 100 %.
On the Other-hand, the Pop-rock artist Yeng Constantino was declared her hit song “Chinito” from the album “Metamorphosis” as Song of the Year. She thanks to the fans for continuing supports the Filipino music!
