The judiciary employees wear red and black colors on Monday for the continuation of protest against President’s Aquino defiant stance against Supreme Court (SC) because of Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP).

The justices, during the flag ceremony they also wore the Red and Black colors symbol their protest against the Pnoy Administration. Associate Justice Presbitero Velasco, wearing black suit with red tie, Associate Justices Mariano Del Castillo and Martin Villarama Jr. wearing white barongs and black pants, the ‘PhilJA’ or Philippine Judicial Academy SC Associate Justice Rodolfo Azcuna is the retired Chancelor.

The Judiciary Employees Association or Judea President Jojo Guerrero, rate the President, the Judiciary employees are giving the rating not more than 30% and trust rating of zero.

He also lamented how the palace and the Allies of President Aquino seem to be uniting with the threat to remove the Judiciary Development Fund (JDF), it is their source of funds for allowances, and infrastructure support for judges and court personnel.

He also not said they would not be surprised if the president mentions the fresh issues on the Judiciary during his State of the Nation Address or SONA.

The Judea President Jojo Guerrero will also listen in President’s SONA.

The Judicial employees will continue their protest as they to defend the Judicial Independence and The Constitution.
