The 37-year-old actor Piolo Pascual admitted that he and the actress/dancer Shaina Magdayao have romantically linked to each other and decided to choose their friendship.

According to ABS-CBN News, in an interview with “The Buzz” on Sunday, the actor Piolo Pascual said that he is afraid to not able to have time for their relationship because he has a lot of responsibilities.

He said that they were good friends and also to her family. He and Shaina decided to ‘preserve’ their friendship because it is hard for them they both busy to their responsibilities in showbiz and also to their personal life.

He explained “Sa 24 oras na meron ako sa isang araw hindi ko po kayang isiksik ‘yun sa isang araw. So I just have to be fair I guess.”

However, Piolo clarified that he is not closing his doors for love; actually he is planning to have atleast 4 kids to someone who deserve to him.

Piolo said in The Buzz that he never think twice of quitting showbiz just to give his full attention to his family.

He said “The thing is, it’s hard to mix both. It’s hard to juggle both at the same time. If you get married and you have kids, mahirap nagtatrabaho ka tapos walang kasama sa bahay ‘yung asawa mo at ‘yung mga bata. I want to be able to prioritize that should it come to a point na kailangan ko na mag-settle.”

Piolo confirmed the reports that he declined the offers for his son from Star Magic. According to him he wants to make sure that before he enters in showbiz industry, he already finished his studies.

Despite of this, Piolo will give his full support to his son when the time comes that he enters to showbiz.
