Chuck Hull was recently included in the list of Hall of Fame in inventing the 3D PRINTING DEVICE. The said invention has a 3D prototype way back 1984 but it was really innovated well to produce a one of a kind masterpiece.
Mr. Hull was inducted in United States National Inventors Hall of Fame. In the National Inventors Hall of Fame this includes the name of Thomas Alva Edison innovated incandescent bulb, Steve Jobs founder of Apple first invented smart phones also Steve Wozniak, Orville and Wilbur Wright (Wright Brothers) airplane inventor, Eli Whitney and Albert Einstein.
Back at 1984 Chuck visualized the thing called “photopolymer” it as a finished product when you focused a high intense UV light to a slimy or goopy matter eventually the part where the light focused will instantly solidify and if you do the same procedure layer by layer you can print the object in to its existence. This process is called “stereolithography”
Mr. Hull is the executive vice president and Chief Technology Officer in 3D.
The method of 3D was also evolved and enhanced by Laser Sintering which prints prototypes in metal this technique was adopted by Tesla Motors, another FDM Extrusion used by Markebot for quick solidifying of plastic layer by layer.
Normally compared to normal printer’s the pictures in there are just printed in papers, they do not really exist, they can only be seen by our naked eye, but they cannot be touch, the printed object is called 3D because it is Three Dimensional it means that it has thickness, Length and Width.
