Showtime Host Vice Ganda recently to testify in favorable to his friend and co-host Ferdinand Vhong Navarro with regards to the controversial case filed by Roxanne Cabañero Acosta.
The contents of his sworn statement convey that Vhong Navarro was his special guest during the concert in Island Cove Resort located in Cavite entitled “May Nag Text, May Concert Ako” last April 24, 2010. He confirmed that Navarro was in the concert so, it is impossible for him to be with Roxanne’s alleged controversial charges.
In an interview in the “Buzz ng Bayan” the box office comedian revealed that he and Vhong are together performing in the event, in contrast to Roxanne claim that she was abused by the actor in the 24th of April 2010.
He submitted his sworn affidavit to Pasig Prosecutor’s Office in support to his claims that Vhong was together with him which is the same testimony with the management of Island Cove “Gwen Villanueva.
According to Atty. Magalona, Vhong’s legal counsel states that while Vice Ganda is out of the country to conduct a concert in United States, they will get the sworn affidavit of the comedian as supporting evidence that the accused is innocent from the case file by Cabañero.
It is remembered that Roxanne filed a controversial case against Navarro.
Roxanne Cabañero is an aspiring beauty queen and joined in some event to showcase beauty and talent one of this is Slimmers World Bikini Open, were she receive the Miss Congeniality Award.
The filed case is still to be proven in the court and both parties must present ample evidence to prove whether of them are telling the truth.
