The controversial issue brought about the man Regghie M. Orpiada to the church of Iglesia ni Cristo went viral in the internet. The controversial issue was all about his prayer that Typhoon Yolanda comes back and makes its landfall in Manila and eliminates squatters. He also condemned Catholic believers in favors to the Iglesia ni Cristo members.

Because of this, many among the Filipino Catholics hate Orphiada as well as the Iglesia ni Cristo.

Recently after the issue went viral in the internet, he has tweeted and post to his facebook again explaining his side and admitted that he is not a member of Iglesia ni Cristo church. Orphiada clarified that he was just hated to anybody who want to blemish and to destroy the good name of the church especially the Iglesia ni Cristo that is highly regarded not only to our country but to the whole world as well.

I have attached here the screenshots of conversation about his explanation that he is not a member of Iglesia ni Cristo church. As a matter of fact, he has mentioned that he was at the National Shrine of Our Mother of Perpetual Help in Bulacan Church on November 3, 2013 proving that he is not totally against Catholic believers.
