Pilipinas Got Talent season (PGT5) release the complete list of twelve grand finalist during the live results night, held at the Resorts World Manila last Sunday, May 15, 2016. In the episode last Sunday, Singing hearthrob Kurt Philip Espiritu got the highest vote of 54.64 percent and automatically proceed to the grand finals.
Meanwhile, Dance group Power Impact Dancers (PID) earned a spot in the finals after the deadlock against mud artist Percival Denolo. Based on franchise rules, the second highest in the public voting will win in case of tie on judges’ votes. PID got 15.05 while Denolo garnered 13.79-percent of the votes.

The grand finals of PGT Season 5 is set on May 21 (Performance Night) and May 22 (Results Night) at the Mall of Asia Arena.
