Duterte wore a brown polo and jeans, despite of bad weather and showed his full support to Gilas Pilipinas, arriving at the venue in Pasay City after his speech at the Philippine Air Force in Clark, Pampanga.

Duterte ordered them to relieve from their assignments and report to the director general Ronald Dela Rosa.
