“Moon 2020-2030 – A New Era of Coordinated Human and Robotic Exploration,” was the theme of the two-day conference about the planned lunar base at the Netherlands just this month. Participants of the said conference was with the 200 scientist, engineers and some other exploration experts who will be big help for that said planned village. They also discussed the new technologies necessarily needed.

Richard Grey wrote in his article for Daily Mail Online published on January 7, 2016 that the planned lunar village could be used by first human settlers to live in a permanent base on the moon.

It has already been stated where the village should took place. It will be in the dark-side. The dark side is facing the earth and can future site of the lunar habitat. By this, it would allow radio telescopes.
