Vicente de Guzman, NBI National Capital Regional Assistant Director told ABS-CBN News during the press conference that the closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage revealed what exactly was happening on the night of January 22, where the mauling incident of the actor Vhong Navarro took place as he was alleged of taking advantage over the feminine of model Miss Deniece Cornejo. The CCTV footage shows the woman went outside from her condominium unit before the businessman Cedric Lee and company arrived to the place of incidence to supposedly rescue the model from the assault of the  actor.

“I think it’s not possible yung sinasabi nilang claimed ni Miss Cornejo,” he said. “Kasi po very glaring dito sa ating footage na there was no incident na si Deniece was inside that room [at that time].”

In the initial report of the NBI, de Guzman confirmed that the testimony of the actor co-hosts Vhong Navarro is supported by the by the CCTV footage from the condominium unit in contrast to the claimed of the model Deniece Cornejo that she was harassed by the actor.

“Ang mga ebidensya po natin apart from the testimony of Vhong Navarro, is the video itself. Dito po nagtutugma testimony ni Vhong Navarro with that of what we saw in the CCTV,” he added.

Meanwhile, Deniece Cornejo filed charges on Wednesday against the actor Vhong Navarro accusing him that he forces her to perform oral ‘6’ on him and even tried to insert his private part into hers. (Follow the link to read the complete affidavit of Deniece Cornejo filed against Vhong Navarro.)
