MMFF 2013 Gross Income to Hit Php1 Billion at the Box Office

Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF 2013) gross earning is indeed a record breaking in all box office records with a total gross income of Php934 million within two days showing since December 25, 2013 to January 5, 2014. The total figure disclosed above was confirmed by Metro Manila Development Authority Chairman Francis Tolentino.

With the remaining two days for all eight official movie entries showing on movie theaters nationwide, the 39th edition of the annual film festival is self-assured to a remarkable Php1 billion gross income nationwide.

At present, the MMDA is still silent about individual income of all eight official entries. But the movie ‘My Little Bossings’ dominates as the top grossers of the overall box office record. Tolentino shared that Vice Ganda’s ‘Girl, Boy. Bakla, Tomboy’ has made a remarkable ticket sale on Sunday, January 5, 2014 over Vic Sotto and Kris Aquino ‘My Little Bossings.’ Pagpag: Siyam na Buhay and Kimmy Dora ang Kiyemeng Prequel still remain as is in the rank.
