Negros Occidental is one of the two Regions in Negros Island. Negros Occidental is situated in the western part of the island and the second largest province next to Cebu with 12 cities and 21 towns. In every towns and cities they have their own tradition and belief that observed and practiced every year that usually expressed in a form of their famous festivals that definitely became their primary attracttour.

 

The western festivals are celebrated every year in honor to their patron saints and at the same time they described their tradition and culture as a result of the Spanish influenced to the fun loving Negrense people in Negros Island.
